Our client has an urgent need for a Recruitment Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition team as they prepare for growth.  The role may be made permanent as a result of the new structure.

As a Talent Attraction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication between candidates, and hiring teams, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the success of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Coordination – Managing the scheduling of interviews, communication with the candidates to provide necessary information, ensuring positive candidate experience.
  • Administrative Support – Maintaining candidates records via the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate candidate profiles and coordinate recruitment related documentations such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding pre-employment checks.
  • Collaboration – working very closely with the Talent Attraction Team, Interviewers and Account Directors
  • Data Management – Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the ATS
  • Compliance & Documentation – ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining up to date documentation related to the recruitment activity.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
