HR Advisor
TEESSIDE (Ref 639) until end 2024, POTENTIALLY PERMANENT
up to £35,745
Our client has an urgent need for an immediately available, and experienced HR Advisor, to support the People Director with a range of activities including:
- Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures to enable practical solutions
- Provide high quality advice and guidance directly to managers to facilitate the early resolution of employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance cases
- Support Managers on Sickness Absence and Performance issue, liaising with Occupational Health
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Participate in ad hoc project work to support the delivery of the Strategic Plan and associated people strategies
- Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels
- Qualification in Human Resources Management (Level 5 or above)
- You will be confident, experienced in the above areas and working with mangers at all levels.
