HR Consultant
NORTH EAST (Ref 638) 3 months
£500 per day, 2 -3 days per week
The role is to review the current HR structure and make recommendations to support current and future growth. As an independent Consultant, you will audit the current team structure, polices and processes, and evaluate the effectiveness overall. Making recommendation for a robust HR offering is essential to the success of the business and HR team.
What we need:
- Proven experience of similar projects in a scale up business
- Demonstrable leadership at a senior level – HR Director or Head of HR
- High emotional intelligence to provide effective solutions without creating unnecessary concern
