What you’ll be doing
Working across the People function, you’ll use data to tell compelling stories, influence decisions, and strengthen our overall people strategy. You’ll be a trusted expert in reward analysis and people insights, delivering clear, meaningful recommendations that shape both policy and experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality analysis on key People topics such as pay, benefits, attrition, and workforce metrics
- Analysing and modelling data (primarily in Excel) to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Responding to ad hoc analytical requests with timely, accurate, and insightful outputs
- Producing reports, dashboards, and presentations to support senior decision-making
- Supporting pay and bonus cycles, ensuring accurate preparation and validation of data
- Maintaining data integrity and ensuring robust risk practices across all data use
- Supporting regulatory requirements, including audit requests and annual disclosures such as Gender Pay Gap reporting
- Contributing to reward and people-related projects
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and enhanced colleague experience

Essential experience:
- Experience in a reward, data, or highly analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets and models
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Experience creating insightful reports and dashboards
- Understanding of reward principles and the employee lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Comfortable handling highly confidential data with discretion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data
Desirable experience:
- Experience with Workday
- Exposure to Gender Pay Gap reporting
- Background in Financial Services
