HR Business Partner interim

up to £450 per day (+ expenses if outside the region)
Our client is a global business, with HQ in the North East. Supporting the Head of HR, the role involves:
- Supporting the cultural change programme
- Leading on all employee engagement activities to drive a high permanence culture
- Utilise the HRIS to ensure relevant data is available to support business decisions
- Workforce planning as the business prepares for growth
- Succession planning
- Employee relations casework
Experience needed:
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability
- Able to influence at all levels
- Excellent time management
- Ability to lead on projects
- Experience of fast paced commercial businesses
