TEESSIDE (Ref 660)  8-9 months

up to £450 per day (+ expenses if outside the region)

 

Our client is a global business, with HQ in the North East.   Supporting the Head of HR, the role involves:

  • Supporting the cultural change programme
  • Leading on all employee engagement activities to drive a high permanence culture
  • Utilise the HRIS to ensure relevant data is available to support business decisions 
  • Workforce planning as the business prepares for growth
  • Succession planning
  • Employee relations casework 

Experience needed:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement ability 
  • Able to influence at all levels
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to lead on projects
  • Experience of fast paced commercial businesses
