Our client is a fast growing engineering manufacturing business, and part of hugely successful global group. As a result of continued growth, the HR team is expanding with this newly created role of HR Advisor (official job title is HRBP).
Working in a small team, you will support the HR Manager by providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
This will include:
- Handling first stage employee relations cases
- Manage overall investigation process as a project
- Performance management
- Absence Management guidance and reporting, monitoring trigger points
- Ensure probation reviews are held
- Ensure Return to Work meetings take place
Skills and qualifications you will need:
- CIPD level 3 minimum and ideally CIPD level 5
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering sectors ideally
- Can do approach
- Proactive and pragmatic approach
