HR Advisor

We are looking for a professional, pragmatic, and solution-focused HR Advisor to support the business and ensure best practices in people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a solutions-focused employee relations service that aligns with the Values and People Plan
- Support managers in conducting investigations and first formal hearings
- Offer advice and support on contractual issue
- Build and manage proactive working relationships with recognized Trade Unions
- Assist the People Business Partner in restructures and change management initiatives
- Develop and support line managers in handling employee relations, performance management, attendance management, and employee engagement
- Utilise the employee relations systems and processes for efficient reporting, monitoring, and management of casework
- Advise and support managers in recruitment processes
- Produce reports and management information
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Deliver HR-related training activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law.
- CIPD level 5
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
