Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for operational excellence and digital transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Head of HR to lead and evolve our client’s centralised HR function across the Group.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, this is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee core HR operations, systems, rewards and benefits, and recruitment. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the People Strategy, embedding a business partner approach, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group HR Director in developing and delivering the People Strategy, aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead and manage HR operations, systems, recruitment, and reward functions across the Group.
  • Drive the successful implementation of Workday (HR, payroll, and expenses), ensuring a seamless transition and long-term optimisation.
  • Champion process automation and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide strategic insights through robust HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing HR Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Partner with divisional leaders to embed a proactive, partnership-led HR approach.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multi-site, operationally focused environment.
  • A strong track record of leading HR systems implementation—ideally Workday.
  • Expertise in HR operations, systems, reward, and recruitment administration.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering exceptional HR services.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, reward frameworks, and HR best practices.
