£50k – £60k + excellent benefits.   Home based (must be living in the North East) with very occasional travel.

We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to design and execute a strategic learning framework that drives excellence across the business.

With a fabulous culture and strong values, our client has a rather unique opportunity.  The role is not about training design and delivery but will partner with senior stakeholders to understand the various business challenges, and deliver creative solutions, utilising existing external providers.  This is a highly autonomous role, will the freedom to be creative and innovative.

 

What’s involved:

Develop and Implement Learning Strategy

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to craft a comprehensive strategy that aligns with organisational goals

Training Planning and Deliver

  • Plan, organise, and deliver impactful training programs tailored to the diverse needs of employees and teams, utilising a blended approach

Stakeholder Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives

Engage External Learning Partners

  • Collaborate with external partners to provide specialised training solutions and resources, ensuring cost, quality, and return on investment

Budget Management

  •  Effectively manage the learning and development budget

Team LeadershipManage and support the Digital Learning Specialist . Stay updated with the latest developments in technical and people learning.

Digital Knowledge Platform Management

  • Maintain and enhance the LMS and other learning technologies

Technical and People L&D Expertise.

  • Leverage expertise in both technical and people-oriented learning and development methodologies to craft solutions that meet a range of needs

Emotional Intelligence

  • Utilise emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that aligns with organisational values

 Innovation and Engagement

  • Foster a positive and engaging learning culture while driving innovation in program delivery
