Our next event is on Neurodiversity and Recruitment, and I’m delighted to announce that our guest speaker is Karen Pearce, Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Karen will focus on what neurodiversity means, and what to consider during the recruitment process. She has also kindly offered to share a Managers Guide on neurodiversity for those attending!
