Drafting Settlement Agreements and COT3s – Top Tips

We are delighted to be working in partnership with St James’ Square’s Head of Employment, Jackie Turner, for a session on drafting settlement agreements and COT3s in-house, including:
- avoiding the pitfalls that could affect enforceability:
- recommended warranties and indemnities from the employee;
- how to correctly allocate payments for tax purposes: and
- confidentiality and other post-termination considerations.
This will be held over Teams with the opportunity to ask Jackie questions.
