We are really excited to be working again with a respected client for this newly created, standalone Learning & Development role!  You will have the opportunity to be in the driving seat for all thing L&D and be creative.

This is a newly role in which you will set out your L&D vision for the company as well as work with a great, friendly team! Our client prides itself on the amazing benefits package it offers employees and the amazing customer service it gives!

The Role will include:

  • Development and implementation of the company’s L&D Strategy, coordinating with stakeholders
  • Create, design, deliver developmental training requirements for new and existing employees, with an emphasis on effective evaluation methods
  • Ensure employees have access to the relevant skills training they need to perform in their role, as well as constantly reviewing and improving the training they require, and the tools they need
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training) in line with development plans
  • Take charge of the training intranet portal, ensuring content is used well and find suitable courses to expand upon those currently available
  • Keep up to date with current thinking on best practice training and methods
  • Maintain accurate records of Learning and Development activities and produce reports

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven L&D experience
  • Knowledge of L&D methods with L&D qualifications
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan training course
  • Big Customer focus!
  • IT literate
