Join a fast growing business with multiple sites and a vibrant culture. Our client boasts a fabulous HR team and is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the transition of payroll from finance into HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Payroll: Oversee the transition of payroll responsibilities from the finance department to HR.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations.
  • System Integration: Integrate a new payroll system into the existing HRIS.
  • Process Mapping: Conduct detailed process mapping to streamline payroll operations.
  • System Mapping: Ensure accurate system mapping for seamless payroll integration.
  • Upskill colleagues:  Roll out training to all colleagues.

Experience required:

  • Experience in payroll transition and integration.
  • Team management skills.
  • Expertise in HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Analytical thinker.
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence.
