£24.5K, Office Based, Full-time 37.5 flexible working hours + Amazing benefits!

22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday (3 days additional for 100% attendance)

You’ll report into the Group HR Manager who will oversee your development and build a close working relationship to make this role both rewarding and enjoyable.

The Role will include:

  • Provide recruitment and resourcing support
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods with a focus on social media, online job boards and networking
  • Support Department Heads/Managers with the interview process, ensuring feedback is provided to unsuccessful candidates
  • Work with the Marketing Department on all aspects of social media recruitment
  • Carry out group inductions to support the onboarding process
  • Provide practical advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to policies and procedures in line with current legislation
  • With assistance from the HR Manager support managers in the running of investigation, disciplinary, grievance, absence management procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in respect of informal performance management process
  • Ensure HR helpdesk queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Carry out exit interviews, collate feedback and update management
  • To provide support with tasks in the absence of the team

Key Skills/Experience:

  • CIPD Qualified minimum Level 3, working towards or equivalent experience (Desirable)
  • Experience of Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Experience of HR Administration processes and procedures
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
