What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data driven decision making.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.

What you will be doing:

  • Parter with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation projects.
  • Be a key point of contact for managers and employees on HR related matters.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Provide input on salary benchmarking, compensation, benefits to remain competitive in the job market.
