What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data driven decision making.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
What you will be doing:
- Parter with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation projects.
- Be a key point of contact for managers and employees on HR related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
- Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide input on salary benchmarking, compensation, benefits to remain competitive in the job market.
