£35-37K, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

We are delighted to be working with our client to grow their HR team, providing a great opportunity within this successful business.

The role of HR Business partner is to provide a professional and robust HR Service to a range of business functions across all elements of HR including:

  • Line management of a small team – coach and individual development to maximise their potential
  • Absence management – provide effective solutions and ensure fairness and consistency
  • Performance management – upskill managers to effectively manage the performance in their team
  • Recruitment and selection within the HR function
  • Ability to prioritise the workload within your team, ensuring a great service is delivered
  • Ensuring annual reviews take place
  • Update HR Polices & Procedures regularly
  • Working with senior leaders as a trusted partner and confident

Experience needed

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or above
  • Experience working in a generalist HR role
  • Great Employee Relations experience
