We are delighted to be working with our client to grow their HR team, providing a great opportunity within this successful business.
The role of HR Business partner is to provide a professional and robust HR Service to a range of business functions across all elements of HR including:
- Line management of a small team – coach and individual development to maximise their potential
- Absence management – provide effective solutions and ensure fairness and consistency
- Performance management – upskill managers to effectively manage the performance in their team
- Recruitment and selection within the HR function
- Ability to prioritise the workload within your team, ensuring a great service is delivered
- Ensuring annual reviews take place
- Update HR Polices & Procedures regularly
- Working with senior leaders as a trusted partner and confident
Experience needed
- CIPD level 5 qualified or above
- Experience working in a generalist HR role
- Great Employee Relations experience
